In order to receive an official Yoga Alliance approved RYT certificate you will need to complete a full 200hr / 300hr or 500hr YTT course with us. However if you’re just looking to experience professional training. our amazing 5hr for 5$ deal is a no-brainer decision.

200/300/500 HOUR YTT COURSES:

Daily Practice

Establish a core foundation with daily practice of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, plus pranayama and meditation. Receive workshops for injuries and adjustments, plus bonus aerial and acroyoga.

Analytics
Examine the form and function of key poses, learn about their common foundation and how to build upon them to achieve advanced variations, plus modify for different levels and student needs.

Anatomy & Physiology
Gain a deeper understanding of the structures and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. See how the spine, breathing, body positions and systems are all fundamentally linked.

Philosophy
Discover the true meaning of yoga and cultivate an authentic yogic lifestyle through the sacred wisdom of the Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

Teaching and Exams
Design and submit several full length classes. Receive detailed feedback to grow and develop into a confident instructor. Also learn teaching skills plus other tools to succeed professionally.

Live Classes
Daily live zoom classes are a mix of physical practice and Q&A, covering all course subjects. Classes are recorded so you can watch later. The times vary to accommodate various time zones.
