Analytics
Examine the form and function of key poses, learn about their common foundation and how to build upon them to achieve advanced variations, plus modify for different levels and student needs.
Anatomy & Physiology
Gain a deeper understanding of the structures and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. See how the spine, breathing, body positions and systems are all fundamentally linked.
Philosophy
Discover the true meaning of yoga and cultivate an authentic yogic lifestyle through the sacred wisdom of the Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

Daily live zoom classes are a mix of physical practice and Q&A, covering all course subjects. Classes are recorded so you can watch later. The times vary to accommodate various time zones.
